Adult 4 - Learning Review.
The Birmingham Safeguarding Adults Board commissioned this independent review. Whilst this case did not meet the criteria for a statutory safeguarding adults review, and in the absence of a review process for homeless deaths in other agencies, the BSAB agreed to lead and commission an Independent Review. This review created an opportunity for partners to learn and improve how they work together to support homeless citizens.
