BSAB safeguarding evaluation survey launched on 17th September 2013 to 8th October 2013

The Birmingham Safeguarding Adult Board (BSAB) recently reviewed and updated the content of its website and also formally implemented the Safeguarding adults: multi-agency policy and procedures for the West Midlands together with Birmingham’s Local Practice Guidance.

For ease of access the policy, procedures and guidance are located on this website under the Publications tab.

We now want to evaluate the impact of the new policy, procedures, guidance and website and we plan to do this in 2 stages.

The first stage is the attached survey. We hope to use this survey to enable us to evaluate whether the new website and policy, procedures and guidance are being accessed and used. We are also interested in any suggested improvements or additions to the content of the website.

We plan to run the survey for 3 weeks from 17th September to 8th October 2013. We will then analyse the findings and publish the outcomes on the website.

The second stage of the evaluation will involve looking in more detail at the use of the procedure and guidance to support adults at risk of abuse.

We hope all visitors to the website will help us by completing the survey.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey.
